The Christian Wake planned for Uche Okafor in Dallas last weekend could not hold because of the terrible snow that froze the city and even heavily attendance at the Super Bowl scheduled for the Dallas Cowboys Stadium.

The event last night was on line for a record attendance until the snow that affected flight operations and even vehicular movements in the city.

“The wake will now hold this Friday,”: Ugo Nwaokoro, the spokesman of the Okafor family said.

The former Eagles star who was murdered at his Dallas home Janury 6, will be burried at his home town at Umuabali in Ubomiri, Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State February 17.

Uche was found hanging in his house but after medical examinations on his body the Dallas Police who initially said he committed suicide ruled that out and said investigations were still ongoing
