Senator Balogun slams PDP for upholding Oyo factional congress
Meanwhile, Senator Lekan Balogun said the alleged reports upholding the factional congress of Oyo State PDP led by Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala was questionable.
While enjoining their supporters and followers to remain calm and await further directive, he said under no circumstances should they collaborate with “fascists, retrogressive agents of violence and underdevelopment who have visited unprecedented economic hardship on our people”.
He commended the professionalism and patriotism of the State Security Service, SSS, which said had consistently refrained from joining hands with the evil forces in the state in their desperate bid to enthrone tyranny and institutionalize the looting of the state’s treasury.
