In line with its customer excellence programme, management of Afribank Nigeria Plc has engaged its customers in interactive fora with a view to fostering better relationships in the New Year. At different fora last week the bank assured of “mutually beneficial relationship” with its customers.
The Group Managing Director/CEO, Mr. Nebolisa O. Arah, assured that “We will stand by our customers and do things that count for them. We are committed and passionate about our customers well being.”
He added that Afribank believes strongly in customer feedback to drive its operations, assist it in implementing initiatives and making investments that will make it offer customized solutions. Mr. Arah assured that “the bank will continue to aid customer businesses by granting loans to facilitate their growth, expansion and profitability”.
Mrs. Joke Coker, Executive Director, Corporate, Commercial and Retail Banking, Afribank, disclosed that the bank’s two year plan is anchored on operational excellence with competitive strategies built on competencies, value chain, technology, cost effectiveness, group integration and product innovation.
A customer of the bank, Mrs. A.O Kuforiji, Proprietress of Toamy Schools Limited, attributed the growth and development of her school to the support she received from Afribank.
Afribank is currently implementing customer care project which include “Branch Transformation Project” (BTP) designed to significantly improve the bank’s customer service delivery and make customers’ visit to any of its business locations a delightful experience.
