Crime Victims Foundation of Nigeria(CRIVIFON), and Nigeria Police, Lagos State Command, Monday presented award of excellence to Vanguard Crime Editor, Emma Nnadozie, for his support and commitment to the development of Human Rights Project in Lagos State Police Command.
