It would be recalled that the deceased Okada rider, an indigene of Elebele and his passenger identified as Stanley Obele, an indigene of Ewoi were reportedly shot and killed at checkpoint around Elebele few metres away from DAAR Communications premises in the outskirts of Yenagoa the state capital.
The deceased Obele, was on his way to Yenagoa the state capital to collect N20,000 from his brother working with the United Bank for Africa (UBA) when the tragic incident occurred.
