Residents of Satellite Town, in Amuwo-Odofin local government area of Lagos State has assured the governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, of their support come March 9,gubernatorial polls in the state. Speaking at a town hall forum in Lagos, Chairman of Satellite town forum, Mr. Micheal Imitini stated that it was a privilege for the community in collaboration with Oriade LCDA, to present the needs of the community to the APC governorship candidate.

According to him, the community had been neglected for years, noting that urgent action must be taken to save the residents from impending danger caused by tank farm activities in the area. He further claimed that the residents had bought a transformer worth over N3million but the Power Holding Company of Nigeria, PHCN, is yet to install it. Sanwo-olu, who was represented at the forum by the Chairman of Oriade Local Council Development Authority, LCDA, Mrs. Ramota Akinola said.
