Since they are very large in number, I hope NFF will find enough accommodation. for them. It is not correct to assume, however, that the target of a retired footballer must be to seek employment at NFF.

Having played a game or participated in a sport is a sign of endowment with the skills of the sport. It does not equip such a person with the required epistemology or even technical guidance of others, without the requisite professional education and training. All former athletes including former footballers should aim at professional education and training if they desire leadership roles in their sports.

NFF must inject sports scientists into its Technical Committee. Definitely, the input of a sports scientist cannot be ignored for its effective scientific guidance of players.
