Ahead of the 2011 elections, a call has been made to the government of the day, the political parties, the civil society groups, and other organised groups to give Independent National Electoral Commission,  INEC, all the support it needs towards conducting free, fair and credible elections come 2011.

The Lagos-based Non-Governmental Organisation,  Centre for Constitutional Governance, CCG, made the call in a statement by the Executive Director, Dr. Adewale Balogun, entitled, Apathy of the Citizenry Towards INEC’s Preparation for 2011 Elections.
