Athletic Federation of Nigeria (AFN) secretary general, Mrs Maria Worphil has revealed her federation’s preparedness to organise the best mountain race in the world when the sixth edition of the Obudu international mountain race and the second African Nations mountain running championships hold next month at the Obudu Ranch Resort in Obudu, Cross River state.

Worphil, a former national handball star reputed as one of the best secretary generals the AFN has ever had told the media at the weekend in Lagos that the federation, saddled with the technical organisation of the 3-in-1 event had put all logistics in place for another flawless championships.
