The president, National Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB), Alhaji T .M. Sanusi, has assured that the council is determined to realize the seven- point agenda of his administration which empasizes on improved  public awareness of its activities and good relationship with other financial institution  in the country

Sanusi, who disclosed this at a three-day  conference of the council in Abeokuta said plans are under way to  equip staff with technical knowledge, skills for efficient services delivery in the Industry.

He noted that  capacity building and man power development plays a very important role to service delivery, and appealed to its members to always update their skills in line with global demand

In his paper  titled “Managing People for Effective Performance”, Prince Modupe Fadina, the principal consultant of Mosfad consult, noted “that although human management is the most challenging in any organization, every worker has unlocked potentials,  it is the responsibility of managers to acquire necessary skills to unlock these potentials. He further enjoined them to recognize performance and celebrate success.

Mr. Olusegun Ogunlana, of OK&F Consultants, in his  presentation on “Leading change and effective team building” stated that a change leader must harmonize human qualities, communication and problem solving skills
