CALABAR—PASTOR Mayen  Mbuk, aspiring to the Senate to represent the Southern senatorial district of Cross River State  on the platform of All Progressives  Congress, APC, has said that the state has been plagued by bad leadership in the past 10 years hence the need to introduce fresh hands to make things better for the people.

Pastor Mbuk, who made the disclosure, yesterday in Calaber while declaring  her intention to the people of Eniong and other Eburutu wards of  Odukpani Local Government Area of the state, said poverty, dilapidated infrastructure have become the order of the day in a state which used to be  a reference point for functional facilities such as healthcare, roads, tourism for  other states  in the country.

“I will bring a representation that will rekindle hope  and inspire  the people to work and recover our lost glory as a  senatorial district  and a state because I am a mother and know where my people need help most.”
