First Bank of Nigeria Plc   has announced plans to compliment Nigeria ‘s 50th anniversary with the ongoing promotion as it is set to reward its loyal customers.

In respect of this, the 12-month promotion which started in June 2010 in which the monthly draws has been held in Lagos and Maiduguri will head for Port Harcourt for the first quarterly draws of its savings promotion tagged “FirstBank Golden Promo”.

According to a statement by the Bank, “ the draws are slated to hold on September 16, 2010, where 12 customers of the bank will become proud owners of brand new KIA Picanto cars with others going home with cash and varying gift items.

The draws are aligned to mark Nigeria’s 50th anniversary, and they are seen by many as an opportunity to be counted among the lucky customers, who win numerous cash and gift prizes”.

The head consumer banking products, Madam Funke Smith, said various prizes have been given away by the bank to lucky customers during the monthly draws and more customers stand a chance of being rewarded in the quarterlies, however, she added that over 400 customers have won cash and gift items in the ongoing anniversary offer.

Funke said prizes and gifts to be won during the monthly, quarterly and grand finale draws Include 50 refrigerators, 50 generators, N50, 000 cash for 100 winners and the golden prize of N10,000,000.00 for one lucky Nigerian.

She urged customers to use this opportunity, meanwhile she noted that to participate in the Golden Promo and to qualify for the monthly and quarterly draws, customers are required to deposit a minimum of N10, 000.00 for 30 days every month from June 2010, to qualify for the Golden Anniversary Draw, customers are expected to save a minimum of N50, 000.00 for 30 days within each month up to the month of Golden Anniversary Draw.
