THE Onitafin of Orile Tafin, Oba Moruf Alani Olakekan Adebayo, has installed Chief Raymond Idemudia as the Asiwaju Jagunmolu of Orile Tafin in Ibarapa Egbaland, Ogun State, with the monarch explaining that Idemudia bagged the title because of his contributions to community development.

The monarch described Idemudia as a person committed to service and the development of Egbaland.

The installation was witnessed by traditional rulers, community leaders, family members and associates, including the Towulade of Owu-Akinale, Oba Oluseyi Adediran.

Speaking after his installation, Idemudia expressed appreciation to the Onitafin and the royal council for the honour.

He said his military background had shaped his values of discipline, sacrifice and service.

“This title is not only an honour but also a call to greater responsibility and service to the community,” Idemudia said.

As part of activities marking the installation, the Ray of Hope Humanity Foundation sponsored a free medical outreach for 150 school pupils from Odeda Local Government Area.

The beneficiaries received medical attention as part of the foundation’s humanitarian activities.

Idemudia thanked his family, friends, associates and residents of Orile Tafin for their support, pledging to continue contributing to community development, youth empowerment and humanitarian causes.

He said the new title would further strengthen his commitment to serving the people and supporting initiatives that promote sustainable development in the region.
