PAYLEF appoints Browncon Group CEO, Samuel Ndubuisi-Brown, to Governing Council

The Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation (PAYLEF) has appointed the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Browncon Group of Companies, Dr. Samuel Ndubuisi-Brown, as a member of its Governing Council.

PAYLEF said the appointment was in recognition of Dr. Ndubuisi-Brown’s leadership achievements, entrepreneurial contributions and role in promoting business development and sustainable economic growth across Africa.

In a statement announcing the appointment, the foundation described him as a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, climate finance, investment banking, sustainable finance, corporate strategy, fintech, real estate, innovation and business development.

The foundation said Dr. Ndubuisi-Brown has contributed significantly to the establishment and expansion of successful enterprises across the continent, making him a valuable addition to the council.

PAYLEF noted that its Governing Council comprises distinguished African leaders committed to advancing leadership, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship and sustainable development.

It expressed confidence that his experience, strategic expertise and leadership skills would strengthen the foundation’s programmes and initiatives aimed at empowering young Africans and promoting inclusive development.

The foundation congratulated the Browncon Group chief executive on his appointment, expressing optimism that his contributions would support its mission of advancing sustainable growth and leadership development across Africa.

The induction ceremony is scheduled to hold on August 22, 2026, at the Lagos Oriental Hotel as part of the 4th Pan African Leadership Conference and Award Ceremony.

Dr. Ndubuisi-Brown will join other African leaders on the Governing Council, where he is expected to contribute to the foundation’s efforts in promoting youth leadership, entrepreneurship and sustainable development across the continent.
