Four Nigerians have been rewarded with life-changing business support packages following the conclusion of a major consumer promotion that attracted over 240,000 entries between April and June 2026.
The grand prize winners are Jennifer Sunday from Kaduna State, Ikechukwu Ani from Lagos State, Nwajije Chukwuemeka from Ebonyi State, and Najumudeen Yusuf from Jos. Each winner received a comprehensive package comprising trade-specific equipment, seed funding to grow their businesses, and enrolment in a skills development programme designed to strengthen their entrepreneurial journey.
Speaking at the grand finale held at Nestlé Nigeria Head Office in Ilupeju, Managing Director of Nestlé Nigeria, Wassim Elhusseni, said the promotion reflected the brand’s commitment to growing alongside its consumers and supporting their aspirations.
“For decades, NESCAFÉ has been part of Nigerians’ lives, helping them start each day with purpose. This campaign was built on a simple but powerful insight: across Nigeria, people are striving every day to build businesses, acquire new skills, and create better opportunities for themselves and their families. Through this initiative, we wanted to celebrate and reward the hard work, resilience, and determination that define the Nigerian spirit,” he said.
To celebrate their achievement, the four winners were invited to Lagos for a special experience ahead of the grand finale. This included an exclusive tour of the NESCAFÉ factory, where they gained first-hand insight into the coffee production process, as well as a cultural visit to the JK Randle Museum before the official prize presentation.
Grand prize winner Jennifer Sunday from Kaduna State expressed her appreciation for the opportunity.
“The entire experience has been incredible from start to finish. From being flown in from Kaduna to touring the factory and seeing the production and packaging process firsthand, every moment exceeded my expectations. I am truly grateful for this opportunity,” she said.
Category Manager, Coffee Nigeria, Jean Pierre L. Duplan, noted that the promotion exceeded expectations, attracting more than 240,000 entries from consumers nationwide.
“The four grand prize winners were selected from among more than 41,000 consumers who also received instant rewards, including cash prizes and airtime, making this one of our most impactful consumer promotions to date. Our priority was not only to reward consumer loyalty but also to invest in the aspirations of Nigerians by providing practical resources to help them build sustainable livelihoods,” he said.
By combining instant rewards with long-term business empowerment, the campaign reflects a commitment to celebrating ambition, rewarding loyalty, and creating opportunities that enable Nigerians to take meaningful steps towards a brighter future.
