Tetracore Energy Group has obtained certifications under three internationally recognised Integrated Management System (IMS) standards across its operations in Nigeria.
The company said the certifications—ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems—were awarded after an audit of its facilities and processes.
According to the firm, the certification was issued by Bureau Veritas and accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), covering its activities in gas processing, distribution infrastructure, and power generation.
The audit assessed the company’s management systems, operational controls, and risk management practices, with identified gaps addressed before approval was granted.
Tetracore operates across the gas and power value chain, including gas infrastructure development, compressed and liquefied natural gas distribution, and gas-to-power projects.
Speaking on the development, the company’s Manager for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, Adeyemi Adekoya, said the certification reflects compliance with international standards and internal operational procedures.
He added that the development would support the company’s expansion plans, including investments in compressed natural gas stations, retail facilities, and independent power projects.
The firm noted that the certification is expected to strengthen regulatory compliance and stakeholder confidence as it expands its operations within Nigeria’s energy sector.
