There are not many people in the movie industry whose careers continue to evolve with the kind of deliberate growth and renewed visibility currently surrounding Beverly Osu.
Since teaming up with First Of My Kind, a management and talent development company steadily expanding its influence across Africa and beyond, the actress has continued to attract fresh attention around her craft and career direction.
For many within Nollywood, the shift has become increasingly visible through Beverly’s recent project choices, stronger media visibility, and the growing conversations surrounding her performances on screen.
Already respected for her emotional depth and ability to fully commit to difficult roles, Beverly has continued to build on a career many say has been defined by consistency rather than temporary trends.
Her performances in productions such as Chief Daddy, Oloture, and A Ghetto Love Story helped reinforce her standing as one of the actresses capable of balancing commercial appeal with emotionally grounded storytelling.
Now, Beverly is once again drawing attention with her role in Call of My Life, the romantic comedy directed by Dammy Twitch and produced by Blessing Uzzi, with executive production credits from Timi Dakolo for Bluhouse Studios.
The movie, which also stars Zubby Michael, Nkem Owoh, Patience Ozokwor, and Uzoamaka Power, has already generated anticipation ahead of its release, with Beverly’s role becoming one of the early talking points around the project.
Speaking on the actress’ recent career direction, the Founder & Managing Partner FOMK, Church Arokodare said Beverly represents the kind of talent the company is passionate about building for long term impact within and outside Africa’s entertainment industry.
“Beverly is extremely talented, disciplined, and emotionally connected to her craft. Our focus is to continue positioning her in spaces and projects that reflect her depth as an actress and the global potential we believe she carries,” Church Arokodare stated.
Beverly also described the partnership with FOMK as an important step in her career growth, noting that the structure and direction around her work have helped sharpen her focus creatively.
“I am at a point where I want every project attached to my name to mean something. I want to keep growing, keep challenging myself, and keep telling stories that connect with people emotionally,” she said.
Beyond film, Beverly’s visibility across fashion, lifestyle, and brand culture has also continued to expand, reflecting the broader strategy currently shaping her career under the agency.
