It is built on a simple yet powerful belief: that even the most ordinary journeys can become extraordinary when told with honesty, heart, and authenticity.

Participants are encouraged to submit a memorable story from any trip they’ve taken. Whether it’s a funny mishap, an emotional breakthrough, a life-changing encounter, an unexpected twist, or a deeply personal revelation; every story is welcome.
“To make your entry complete, simply include a photo of the book “An Escape to Paris” in your submission. Entries can be shared as engaging written posts or short, dynamic videos on any social media platform. Be sure to use the official hashtags #AETPMegaStoryHunt and #AnEscapeToParisBook so the team can find and celebrate your story.

“To be eligible, all participants are expected to follow Lawretta Egba across all her social media platforms and the official Instagram page anescapetoparis.Prizes That Will Take Your Breath Away,” the organizers explained.

The stakes are high, and the rewards are unforgettable as the Grand Prize Winner is rewarded with an all-expenses-paid luxury trip to Paris or ₦3,000,000 cash.

First Runner-Up receives a glamorous 3-day luxury getaway or ₦750,000 cash, while the Third Place Winner gets a premium fine-dining experience in Lagos or ₦250,000 cash.

In addition, standout entries may be selected for inclusion in a future book compilation project, giving talented storytellers the opportunity to see their work published and shared with a global audience.

Winners will be chosen by an esteemed panel of internationally acclaimed literary judges. The panel is led by Taiwo Michael Oloyede, a renowned award-winning international multidisciplinary artiste, and includes distinguished judges Fagbolahan Machado, Kate Apaflo Awuku Darko, and Chika Ibekwe, Otor Mathew, each bringing exceptional expertise, literary insight, and a passion for authentic storytelling to the judging process.
