The Tinubu Support Group (TSG) and the Global Alliance for Tinubu Campaign have agreed to collaborate closely with all pro-Tinubu campaign organisations as part of efforts to secure a second term for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.

The alliance was sealed during a courtesy visit by the National Coordinator of the Global Alliance for Tinubu Campaign, Dr Abubakar Jimoh, to the Director-General of TSG in Abuja.

Speaking after the meeting, Jimoh, a veteran public relations practitioner, disclosed that both organisations had developed a multi-pronged campaign strategy aimed at delivering what he described as a landslide victory for the president in the January 2027 polls.

He explained that the campaign would be largely issue-based, focusing on what he termed the landmark achievements of the Tinubu administration over the past three years, rather than relying on “political sloganeering and razzmatazz.”

Jimoh further noted that the groups would harness the influence and resources of Nigerians in the diaspora to boost the campaign, working under the coordination of the Global Convener, Prince Bevis Paul Igbinoba.

He urged eligible voters across the country to renew the president’s mandate, arguing that a second term would enable Tinubu to consolidate the economic gains of his ongoing reforms and fully implement his Renewed Hope Agenda.

In his remarks, the Director-General of TSG, Dr Umar Tanko Yakassai, reaffirmed his commitment to transforming the group into a pan-Nigerian campaign platform capable of driving the president’s re-election bid.
Yakassai said TSG was ready to collaborate with all shades of pro-Tinubu campaign groups, stressing that unity of purpose would be critical to achieving their shared objective.
He also commended the Global Alliance’s plan to mobilise five million votes nationwide through grassroots engagement, describing it as a strategic move that would significantly strengthen the re-election campaign.

Jimoh explained that the renewed partnership signals an early consolidation of political structures ahead of the 2027 presidential race, with both organisations expressing confidence in their ability to galvanise widespread support for the incumbent administration.
