Content creator Dickson Ruth, popularly known as Prettymamah, has revealed how fans react when they meet her in real life, sharing insights into her multiple on-screen characters and the evolving content creation space in Nigeria.

Speaking in a chat with Potpourri, she said: “When meeting fans, I’m often met with surprise and delight. They expect a stereotypical granny, but instead, they encounter a vibrant, youthful, and energetic individual. Some even think I am a twin because of the multiple characters I play on screen—a contrast that often leads to memorable interactions. I love connecting with fans, hearing their reactions, and sharing laughs together.”

Asked about creativity in Nigeria’s content creation landscape, Prettymamah added:
“The content creation landscape is indeed evolving, with some trends feeling repetitive. But it is what creation is all about—to create and re-create; we can safely call it collaborating. And to stay relevant, creators must innovate and explore fresh themes. I’m experimenting with new formats and ideas to keep my content engaging and authentic.”
