Emmanuel Iheakachukwu Odoemelam, Legislative Aide to Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and a Ph.D. student of Chemistry at Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT), China, has paid a glowing tribute to the former Abia State governor on the occasion of his 66th birthday.

Odoemelam described Kalu’s leadership as selfless, sacrificial, and pragmatic.
