Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy has once again reaffirmed its position as a leading institution in professional real estate education with the successful graduation of 39 new professionals at a colorful ceremony held yesterday in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The event attracted dignitaries, parents, industry stakeholders, and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate the achievements of the graduating students after completing intensive training in real estate practice, property
management, land documentation, sales strategy, and investment opportunities.
Speaking during an interview, the Harry Excellent Amadi Dean of Faculty of the academy described the graduation as a significant milestone in raising competent professionals for Nigeria’s expanding real estate sector.
“Our vision is to continue producing highly trained, disciplined, and result-driven professionals who will
transform the real estate industry in Nigeria and beyond. We are proud of every graduate here today, ” the Dean Harry Excellent Amadi stated.
One of the graduating students, Ms Wobialor Divine-Favour Adanma, while giving her testimony, praised the academy for its quality training and mentorship.
“Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy is the best real estate school in Nigeria. The practical knowledge, confidence, and exposure I gained here have prepared me for success in the industry, ” she said.

The ceremony ended with certificate presentations, photographs, and celebrations as the graduates officially
joined the growing community of real estate professionals in Nigeria
