A Nigerian scholar, Amb. Jonathan Kalu Ajuma, has added another feather to his cap, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Project Management from Northumbria University’s London Campus.
The feat marks his second master’s degree, underscoring a sustained pursuit of academic excellence and professional growth.
The Abia -born scholar graduated with distinction, delivering an outstanding dissertation titled “An Analysis of the Application of Artificial Intelligence to Project Risk Management in the UK Pharmaceutical Industry.”
Beyond academics, Ajuma demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork, leading his group to emerge overall champions in the competitive MIT Simulation Project—an achievement that highlights his strategic thinking and collaborative skills.
Reacting to the milestone, Ajuma expressed gratitude to his family, mentors, colleagues, and friends for their unwavering support.
He gave special recognition to his mentor and sponsor, High Chief Jackson Ude (Odozi Obodo 1 & 2), for his guidance and encouragement throughout the programme.
“This achievement reflects my commitment to impactful research that bridges policy and practice. I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported me on this journey,” he said.
Ajuma’s accomplishment adds to the growing list of Nigerians making their mark in global academic and professional circles.
He said he is poised to deploy his expertise in driving impactful projects and contributing meaningfully to society.
