BENIN CITY — Boss A1 Global Nig Ltd, in collaboration with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, has completed a five-day intensive training programme on Quality Auditing and ISO Certification for 50 participants in Edo State.
The capacity-building initiative, held in Benin City from April 13 to April 17, 2026, was designed to equip participants with globally recognised skills in quality management systems, internal auditing and ISO standards implementation.
The programme forms part of efforts to deepen local content development, strengthen compliance culture and prepare indigenous professionals for opportunities in key sectors, including oil and gas, manufacturing and other critical areas of the Nigerian economy.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, representatives of Boss A1 Global Nig Ltd commended participants for their commitment throughout the training, reaffirming the company’s dedication to human capital development and strategic partnerships that support industry growth and operational excellence.
Participants also expressed appreciation to the organisers, noting that the training had enhanced their technical capacity and improved their prospects for career advancement.
Certificates of participation and starter packs were presented to all 50 trainees at the end of the programme.
The organisers said the initiative underscores the growing collaboration between the private sector and government agencies in advancing the Federal Government’s local content objectives and building a skilled workforce to drive Nigeria’s industrial growth.
