Bizman empowers SMEs, to hold business workshop

Business strategist and entrepreneur, Eze Chinonso, has intensified efforts to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria, unveiling strategic growth solutions and announcing a three-day business accelerator workshop scheduled for June.

Eze, who has over a decade of experience in the business ecosystem, said his mission is to help entrepreneurs build structured, profitable and sustainable ventures in an increasingly challenging economic environment.

“My focus has always been on helping business owners move from survival to strategy-driven growth,” he said. “Many SMEs are operating without structure, and that limits their ability to scale.”

He currently serves as co-founder of Zeda Images, Ezenada Services, and Vicony Media, with additional leadership roles at Paragraph LTD and IngagePR.

Reflecting on his journey, Eze noted that his early exposure to Nigeria’s informal business sector shaped his understanding of commerce and operations.

“I started from the grassroots, and that gave me firsthand insight into how Nigerian businesses operate daily. That experience drives the solutions I provide today,” he said.

He identified the challenges facing Nigeria’s over 39 million MSMEs as a major motivation for his work.

“There is a huge gap between businesses that are struggling to survive and those that are built on systems and strategy. My work is to bridge that gap,” he added.

Beyond consulting, Eze has leveraged digital platforms to expand his reach, using social media to share business insights with thousands of entrepreneurs.

“Education is key. When entrepreneurs understand systems, profitability becomes predictable,” he said.

Speaking on the upcoming workshop, Eze said the programme is designed to deliver practical results for participants.

“This is not just another training. It is a hands-on accelerator where participants will build real systems for profitability, scalability and long-term sustainability,” he said.

He added that the initiative will combine structured learning with implementation and accountability.

“Participants will leave with more than knowledge; they will leave with working frameworks they can immediately apply to grow their businesses,” he said.
