Hyundai customers in Nigeria can now enjoy a wide range of fresh and latest models of Hyundai Sport Utility Vehicles as Hyundai Nigeria unveils four new SUV models and a compact sedan into the market.

Led by its flagship SUV, the all-new  Palisade, Hyundai Nigeria introduced the Creta, Tucson, Santa Fe and Accent compact sedan.

The launch reinforces the brand’s product offensive across key segments of the Nigerian auto market.

Held at its Victoria Island Lagos  showroom, the event offered journalists a first-hand look at Hyundai’s expanding portfolio, spanning entry-level sedans to premium three-row SUVs.

The spotlight was on the debut of the all-new Palisade, Hyundai’s flagship SUV, positioned to elevate the brand’s presence in the premium segment. The  palisade from afar looks like the Range Rover SUV. With its bold design, three-row configuration, upscale interior and advanced safety and convenience features, the Palisade targets families and executive buyers seeking space, comfort and road presence.

Across the broader line-up, Hyundai presented a clear spectrum of offerings. The Santa Fe underscores its appeal as a refined, family-oriented SUV with generous space and premium detailing, while the Tucson continues to stand out for its blend of contemporary design, practicality and everyday versatility.

In the compact SUV segment, the Creta was highlighted for its balance of style, efficiency and urban usability, while the Accent sedan maintains its position as a practical, cost-efficient option for young professionals, fleet operators and first-time buyers.

Speaking at the event, Brand Head, Hyundai Nigeria, Gaurav Vashisht, said the launch signals the company’s commitment to deepening its footprint in Nigeria with globally competitive products tailored to local needs.

“This introduction of the all-new Palisade strengthens our premium SUV offering while complementing a well-rounded line-up that delivers on design, safety, innovation and everyday usability,” he said.

The showcase also provided an opportunity for media interaction with Hyundai executives and product specialists, alongside detailed vehicle walkarounds covering design, technology and safety features.

Hyundai Nigeria said it remains focused on delivering globally benchmarked vehicles with strong local relevance, as competition intensifies in Nigeria’s evolving passenger vehicle market.

The event also flagged the start of Hyundai’s Easter campaign, offering customers value-added benefits including complimentary delivery, accessories, registration and service packages.
