Dr. Efe Shuaibu’s vision for AiFei Chinese School has become a beacon of hope for Nigerian youths seeking a brighter future.
The school’s focus on equipping students with Chinese language skills has opened doors to new opportunities, from studying in China to working in top Chinese companies.
As you walk through the school’s corridors, it’s clear that AiFei is more than just a language school; it’s a hub for empowerment, where students are nurtured and guided towards success.
From securing job placements to providing ongoing support, AiFei is dedicated to ensuring its students thrive.
The school’s Alumni Association is a testament to this as it offers a network of connections and opportunities for graduates to grow.
“We don’t just train our students and leave them stranded,” said Dr. Efe Shuaibu, CEO\Director of the school and President of the Confucius Institute Alumni Association of Nigeria.
“We guide and support them until their goals are achieved. This commitment is one of the main reasons we established the AiFei Chinese School Alumni Association – to maintain continuous support and connection with our graduates.”
Shuaibu assured of the school’s commitment to uplifting more Nigerians and young Africans, helping them move from their current status to a brighter and more promising future.
He said that the school’s vision is to equip students with skills for studies in China or jobs in Chinese companies, noting that this was already becoming a reality as graduates are either studying in China or working in Chinese firms in Nigeria with competitive salaries and benefits.
“My goal was to establish a Chinese training school in Nigeria that would equip students with the skills and opportunities to either further their studies in China or secure well-paying jobs in Chinese companies, both within and outside Nigeria.
“Today, that vision has become a reality, and we continue to grow while remaining committed to human capital development,” he said.
On sustainability, he said that the school’s has a short-tern and long-term plan, focusing on longevity and impact beyond the founder’s involvement.
According to him, the school aimed to build a legacy of empowering African youth and impacting lives for generations.
