In this interview with Vanguard Consular Hub, she recounts how she watched people struggle with visa bottlenecks, inconsistent bookings and last-minute travel disruptions.
She stated that with her background in transport and logistics in the UK, she knew the challenges were not insurmountable, stating that they required structure, coordination and accountability.
The Nigerian-born professional, who founded Kaka Travels Ltd in 2022, says her decision to step into the travel space was driven by a desire to simplify complex travel processes for Africans at home and in the diaspora.
She added that travel should not be chaotic, rather it should be organised, seamless and memorable.

Could you introduce Kaka Travels Concierge Services, and what travel gaps is it filling for Nigerians?
Kaka Travels Concierge Services is a premium travel and concierge company committed to delivering improved, luxury and memorable travel experiences. Founded the year 2022 in the United Kingdom, Kaka Travels Ltd operates across Nairobi, Kenya and Nigeria, offering seamless travel solutions tailored to both corporate and personal clients.
We noticed that many travellers struggle with coordinating flights, accommodation, visa documentation, airport transfers and tour logistics, so Kaka Travels was structured to provide these services under one coordinated platform, reducing last-minute disruptions and improving overall travel experience.
Who is the brain behind the brand?
The company is led by Hon. Mrs. Keazor, a Nigerian based in the United Kingdom with over 20 years’ experience in Transport and Logistics for local government in the UK. Her extensive expertise, professionalism and attention to details have positioned Kaka Travels as a trusted name in the travel and concierge industry.
What sets Kaka Travels apart in the competitive travel market?
At Kaka Travels, we prioritise comfort, efficiency and unforgettable experiences. Our concierge-style service ensures that every client enjoys personalised attention from booking to arrival. We also offer flexible instalment payment options, making luxury travel more accessible.
What challenge led to the creation of Kaka Travels Concierge Services?
Repeated frustrations around visa delays, fragmented bookings and poor travel coordination, particularly for African travellers, exposed significant gaps in the system. With over 20 years’ experience in Transport and Logistics within local government in the United Kingdom, I saw firsthand how structured planning could eliminate many of the common travel setbacks. However,
Kaka Travels Ltd brought professionalism, operating across Nairobi, Kenya and Nigeria, and offering integrated travel and concierge services to individuals, families and corporate organisations.
What services are currently available?
The firm provides local and international flight bookings, cruise bookings across Europe, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, visa assistance, protocol services, accommodation reservations, airport pickups and chauffeur services. It also offers corporate and personal travel support.
Additionally, the company curates themed packages including Kenya safari tours, a historical tour of Istanbul, Turkey, and West African cultural tours in Lagos and Abuja. Instalment payment options are available to ease financial planning for clients.
What is the broader vision?
Our long-term goal is to strengthen travel connections between Africa and global destinations while promoting structured tourism within the continent.
We intend to build sustainable partnerships across regions and maintain high operational standards rooted in the logistics background.
As travel demand continues to rebound globally, industry observers note that African-owned travel firms such as Kaka Travels are increasingly positioning themselves to compete within both local and international markets.
