In celebration of International Women’s Day and the spirit of #GiveToGain, the Energetic EJ and the Voice Impact Movement Community are proud to announce the selection of five women who will receive full scholarships into the Her Voice. Her Platform. Podcast Launch Program.

This initiative was created to support women who are ready to step forward with clarity, courage, and purpose by building platforms that amplify their voices and impact their communities.

The selection process involved a rigorous review of all fifteen applicants by Ejiro Osakede (Energetic EJ) and industry experts.

Onye Ubanatu
A Nigerian-born, multi-disciplinary African creative entrepreneur, three-time TEDx speaker, and visionary collaborator with extensive expertise in high-end visual communication, content production, and large-scale event management. Renowned for his excellence, cultural bridge-building, and passion for Africa, he is often described as a creative beast with versatile and globally sought-after skills and a knack for inspiring others through his story and process.  

Mayowa Adegoke
A highly respected media personality in the UAE who has made significant contributions to African media in the region. She is an award-winning TV show host, journalist, and public speaker who is passionate about leadership, purpose, identity, and storytelling for success.

Over a period of 15 days, the selected women will work closely with Energetic EJ and guest mentors and facilitators to transform their ideas into fully launched podcasts. Through strategic coaching, structured training, and hands-on support, each participant will move from concept to publication, releasing their first podcast episode and building a roadmap for their first 12 episodes.

The Her Voice. Her Platform. The initiative reflects the Voice Impact Movement’s core mission: helping individuals discover, develop, and deploy their voices for impact, influence, and income.

The selected women represent diverse stories, expertise, and missions, but they share one powerful commitment: to use their voices to educate, inspire, and create meaningful change.

Adenike Adeniji Bukola – Lagos Grassroot Security Watch
Focused on promoting community security awareness and grassroots engagement.

What Happens Next
During the program, participants will:
Refine their podcast positioning
Develop a 12-episode content roadmap
Record and publish their first podcast episode
Receive coaching on building a platform that creates impact and opportunities

At the end of the program, the five women will officially launch/relaunch their podcasts to the public.
