Real Forte Estate Limited has launched the second phase of its residential development, The Glade, in the Idu Sabo area of Abuja. The expansion follows the completion of The Glade Phase I and responds to demand from prospective buyers in the area.

The Glade Phase II will feature a mix of terrace, semi-detached, and fully detached plots, with payment structures designed to accommodate both homeowners and investors. The development is located along a corridor currently seeing infrastructure improvements, including the Inner Northern Expressway and road links through the Karimo–Lifecamp axis, which are expected to enhance accessibility.

The estate is planned to include internal road networks, parking areas, and community spaces to support residential living. Real Forte Estate Limited also has projects in other parts of Abuja, including Apo Tafyi, Karasana, and Sabon Lugbe.

Industry analysts note that private developers are increasingly expanding into Abuja’s outskirts, reflecting growing suburban development driven by infrastructure and demand pressures on the city centre.
