A former Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu has congratulated Alhaji Ibrahim Kabiru Masari on his appointment as Special Adviser on Political Affairs to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Aliyu described the appointment as well-deserved, saying it reflects Masari’s loyalty, dedication, and long-standing commitment to the growth and stability of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Masari, a Katsina-born politician and close ally of President Tinubu, was first appointed in 2023 as Senior Special Assistant on Political Affairs before his elevation to Special Adviser.
In a congratulatory statement on Friday, the former FCT minister said Masari had over the years distinguished himself as a dependable political figure and grassroots mobiliser.
“I warmly congratulate you, Alhaji Ibrahim Kabiru Masari on your well-deserved appointment as Special Adviser on Political Affairs to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. This appointment is a clear recognition of your steadfast loyalty, dedication and longstanding commitment to the growth and stability of our great party and nation,” she said.
Aliyu said the country requires dedicated leaders who can strengthen political cohesion and support governance at a time of national challenges.
“I have no doubt that your wealth of experience, political maturity and commitment to national development will greatly support the administration of President Tinubu in delivering on its vision for a more united, prosperous and stable Nigeria,” she added.
She wished Masari success in the role and prayed for wisdom and guidance for him to serve the nation effectively.
