The Delta State Transition Leadership Team of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has clarified that the party remains united, following reports suggesting otherwise.
In a statement signed by Elder Fred Akpewe, the team emphasized that the presence of both a state ADC secretariat and a coalition secretariat in Delta State does not indicate a division within the party.
The leadership team noted that it has been working in line with directives from the National Working Committee (NWC), led by Senator David Mark, to ensure coordination among all party members ahead of the upcoming Ward, LGA, and State Congresses.
Expression of Interest forms for the party’s congresses are available at the DLA Road secretariat in Asaba, as approved by the National Organizing Secretary. Members are encouraged to follow the official channels for participation.
The statement called on all ADC members in Delta State to remain united, adhere to party guidelines, and cooperate with the leadership to ensure a smooth and successful congress process.
