In a bid to redefine how couples celebrate Valentine’s Day, Filmhouse Cinemas on Tuesday, 10th February, 2026, announced a Valentine’s-themed initiative tagged “Love in D’Box.”

The initiative centred around the Cube, its premium private screening feature, is aimed at providing couples with a unique way to celebrate the season through an immersive, personalised movie-viewing experience.

According to Winifred Wessels, Head of Marketing at Filmhouse Cinemas, Love in D’Box is aimed at encouraging shared moments during the season of love. “Valentine’s is about connection, the kind you feel, not just say. With Love in D’Box, we wanted to create something intimate and memorable. The idea is to turn a movie night into a full-blown experience of intimacy, immersion, and unforgettable moments.

The Cube allows couples to truly sink into the moment, the story and each other.” she said.
Away from the traditional chocolates and roses, couples will have the opportunity to win access to a private Cube screening of the classic romance drama ‘Wuthering Heights’, a timeless tale of love and passion, as part of activities lined up for the season.
