Ughoron Group, a Benin City–based real estate development company, has announced the launch of the UGHORON App, a digital platform designed to help property owners and investors manage their real estate portfolios with greater transparency, precision, and control.
Unlike conventional property apps focused on listings and advertisements, the UGHORON App is positioned as a real estate management and investment oversight platform, giving users a centralized view of construction progress, financial commitments, documentation, and tenancy across Ughoron-developed properties.
According to the company, the UGHORON App was developed to address recurring challenges faced by real estate investors in Nigeria, including limited visibility into construction timelines, fragmented payment records, and reliance on manual updates.
Through a single dashboard, users are able to manage estates, housing units, and tenants while tracking invoices, payments, and outstanding balances in real time. The platform also provides visual construction updates, including photos and milestone tracking, allowing investors to monitor development progress without being physically present.
Ughoron Group says the app supports its broader transparency-driven business model by digitizing records and communication. All key property documents—such as contracts, receipts, and approvals—are stored securely within the app using encrypted digital storage, reducing the risk of lost paperwork or disputes.
By placing financial records, documentation, and progress updates in one system, the company aims to improve accountability and set clearer expectations for property delivery and management.
Beyond monitoring, the UGHORON App also introduces analytics tools that present performance data through charts and reports. These insights are intended to help users evaluate investment performance, identify trends, and optimize returns over time.
The platform is accessible across iOS, Android, and web browsers, ensuring a consistent experience for users regardless of device or location—a feature particularly relevant for diaspora investors managing assets remotely.
Founded in 2019, Ughoron Group has grown rapidly within Edo State and beyond, delivering estates such as Ere Villa and A Royal Estate. The introduction of the UGHORON App reflects the company’s effort to complement physical real estate development with digital infrastructure that supports long-term property management and investor confidence.
As Nigeria’s real estate sector increasingly embraces technology, platforms like the UGHORON App signal a shift away from opaque, manual processes toward structured, data-driven property management systems.
