The Ogun State Chapter of Team Tinubu 2027 has commended Bishop Stephen Adegbite on the second anniversary of his appointment as Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrimage Commission (NCPC), describing his tenure as a model of transparency, accountability, and patriotic service.

In a statement signed under the strategic guidance of National Convener Mr. James Malu and South South Patron, former Inspector-General of Police Dr. Mike Okiro, the group hailed Bishop Adegbite’s leadership for aligning the NCPC with the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“Bishop Adegbite has successfully revitalized the NCPC by implementing reforms that prioritize institutional transparency and the spiritual welfare of Nigerian pilgrims,” the statement read. “His leadership has streamlined pilgrimage operations and fostered a culture of accountability and moral excellence.”

The group emphasized that Bishop Adegbite’s achievements reflect the core values of Team Tinubu 2027, particularly as the Grand Patron of the movement. “His success demonstrates the movement’s dedication to identifying and supporting leaders who prioritize national interest over personal gain,” it added.

Team Tinubu 2027 praised the bishop for bridging faith and governance, noting that his approach has strengthened social cohesion and positioned spiritual leadership as a force for national unity.

“The leadership and entire membership of Team Tinubu 2027 view this anniversary as a celebration of patriotic service,” the statement continued. “By bridging the gap between faith and governance, Bishop Adegbite has demonstrated that spiritual leadership can be a powerful tool for social cohesion.”

The group reaffirmed its full support for Bishop Adegbite’s vision and expressed optimism about continued progress under his stewardship.

“We remain fully committed to his vision and look forward to even greater strides in the years ahead as he continues to serve with distinction and honor,” the statement concluded.
