Announcing the development, the Group’s Chief Executive Officer, ESV Ekweoba Arnold Chukwuebuka, said the move was driven by the urgent need to address the country’s unreliable national grid, which continues to burden businesses with high operational costs and strain household budgets.

The collaboration will enable the company to deliver certified solar technologies backed by comprehensive after-sales services, installation, maintenance, and technical advisory support nationwide.

The subsidiary operates from offices in Abuja, Asaba, and Awka, with nationwide delivery services available to customers.
