Our goal is to provide homes to needy Nigerians – Mowe Golf Town boss

A real estate and property development firm, Mowe Golf Town has fulfilled its promises to its subscribers with an official hand over of its first homes to early investors.


The management confirmed that in less than 11 months after the ground breaking launch of the project, the Mowe Golf Town reached a major milestone celebrating the handover as a demonstration of swift execution, reliability, and a strong commitment to sustainable development.


The firm also stated that the handover fulfils promises made to Nigerians who are now stepping into home ownership.


Speaking at the handover ceremony, the firm’s Chief Vision & Strategy Officer, Barrister Labake Adetunmbi said the company is leaving no stone unturned to build on the success story of 2025 in its quest to meet diverse housing needs of Nigerians.


“What we are witnessing today is the result of deliberate planning, disciplined execution, and an unwavering commitment to Nigerians for affordable and housing for all.


“Less than a year after breaking ground, we are handing over homes and simultaneously expanding into apartments, affordable housing, and wellness-focused living. That speaks to the strength of our development model and the dedication of our entire team,” she said.


Adetumbi noted that Mowe Golf Town is evolving from a project into a thriving community, adding that it is the beginning of more to come.


“Building on the success of its 2025 inaugural run, Mowe Golf Town is also unveiling new products designed to meet diverse housing needs.


“These include modern apartments and affordable housing options, expanding access to quality living while maintaining the estate’s high standards.


“Beyond residential offerings, Mowe Golf Town is introducing an agricultural community lifestyle and wellness development, a forward-looking concept that blends green living, wellness, and community-driven agriculture,” remarked Adetumbi.


Also speaking, Barrister Adaku Chibuike-Ochiuwa, the Chief Legal Officer, maintained that the real estate firm has promised to ensure every Mowe Golf Town structure is legally secured and fully compliant.


”From inception, our priority has been to ensure that every structure delivered within Mowe Golf Town is backed by solid legal frameworks, transparent documentation, and full regulatory compliance.
