Harmony Garden & Estate Development Limited has announced a major milestone, expanding its activities across the Ibeju-Lekki corridor and pushing the projected long-term value of its estate portfolio beyond $1 billion.
Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Hon. Dr. Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, the company is developing seven estates along the rapidly growing Lekki–Ibeju axis. The portfolio spans land assets and ongoing residential construction across key high-growth locations.
A centerpiece of the expansion is Lekki Aviation Town, located near the proposed Lekki International Airport and internally valued at over $250 million. The development blends modern urban living with neighborhood charm and forms part of the company’s phased growth strategy in the region.
Other estates under development in the corridor, collectively referred to as the “Citadel of Joy,” include Granville Estate, Majestic Bay Estate, The Parliament Phase I & II, and Harmony Casa Phase I & II.
With multiple projects underway, the launch of the Ibile Traditional Mortgage System, and a structured expansion plan, Harmony Garden & Estate Development Ltd is solidifying its footprint in Nigeria’s fast-growing Ibeju-Lekki real estate market, reinforcing its position as a leading property developer in the region.
