A not-for-profit organization, Gagabi Skills Development Charity Foundation, has distributed writing materials to pupils in Isoko North and Isoko South Local Government Areas of Delta State, aiming to promote education and encourage pupils’ attendance.

Speaking during a visit to Oyede Primary School in Isoko North and Irri Primary School in Isoko South, the foundation’s Chairman, Mr. Emmanuel Barnabas, and the President of Isoko Development Union (Youth Wing), Comr. Joel Emeni, expressed concern over the lack of toilet facilities in the schools.

He said, “We are not so pleased with the state of the both schools, but we are committed to empowering pupils not just with writing materials, we are also committed to promote education and encourage pupils’ attendance,” Barnabas said.

The foundation officials promised to address the issues plaguing the schools, including the lack of toilet facilities.
“We will take the issues plaguing both schools into serious consideration,” Emeni assured.
The distribution of writing materials was aimed at supporting the pupils and promoting education in the area.
The foundation’s efforts were welcomed by the school authorities and pupils, who expressed gratitude for the initiative.
