Afrobeats singer B-Red has been appointed brand ambassador for Countryside Group. The signing took place on February 14, 2026, at the company’s corporate headquarters in Lagos.
B-Red, whose real name is Adebayo Adeleke, is the son of Ademola Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State. His appointment links the musician with the Lagos-based conglomerate, which operates businesses across finance, transportation, travel and entertainment.
Countryside Group has interests in financial technology and global remittance services through its platforms BlowPay and Blow Money.
The company is also involved in ride-hailing services under CTC Taxi, vehicle sales through CTC Autos, and travel services offered by Countryside Travel and Tours, alongside activities in entertainment and other ventures.
The agreement makes B-Red the public representative of the company in selected campaigns and events connected to its operations. Company representatives said the collaboration would involve promotional activities and corporate engagements linked to its various business units.
The development adds to the growing number of partnerships between Nigerian entertainment figures and corporate brands, a trend that has become increasingly common as companies seek public visibility through well-known personalities.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Group Chief Executive Officer, Chief Dr. George Ndubisi (Dr. Blow Money), described the partnership as visionary and strategic.
Chief Dr. Ndubisi, a respected entrepreneur known for building businesses across transportation, finance, logistics, travel, and entertainment, emphasized that the decision was intentional: “Countryside Group is building a global African brand rooted in innovation, credibility, and excellence. As we expand across FinTech with BlowPay, mobility through CTC Taxi via e-healing technology, automobile sales, air ticketing and global travel services, marine logistics, and entertainment. We require ambassadors who reflect our ambition and global outlook. This partnership is about the future. – Dr. Blow Money)”
B-Red, a prominent figure in the Afrobeats industry with international collaborations and a strong global fan base, expressed enthusiasm about aligning with the company’s vision: “I am proud to partner with Countryside Group. This is not just about endorsement; it is about vision, growth, and impact. I believe in what the company is building across finance, transportation, travel, logistics, entertainment, and wellness technology. I am committed to representing the brand with excellence both in Nigeria and in the global market. – B-Red”
As Brand Ambassador, B-Red will actively participate in corporate campaigns, national and international promotions, digital activations, brand engagements, and strategic events representing the Group’s diverse portfolio.
