ABUJA – THE Chief Executive Director, Lukom Integrated Services Ltd, TPL Lukman Komolafe, has disclosed that in a bid to galvanize food production and employment generation in the agric space Iseyin Agric Value Hub will drive deep agribusiness to change the narrative.

Komolafe made this known in statement signed by him, where he made it known that Lukom Integrated Service Ltd, in partnership with R & D Courtyard, have established Iseyin Agric Value Hub, a large-scale agribusiness development designed to attract investors, strengthen food systems, and accelerate rural economic growth in Oyo State.

Located at Kilometre 5, along Iseyin Road, the project is positioned as a world-class agribusiness ecosystem that brings together agricultural production, processing, marketing, and capacity development within a single, coordinated environment.

Meanwhile, the initiative is expected to serve as a major destination for agribusiness investors and value chain players seeking modern infrastructure, security, and sustainability.

According to the project promoters, the Iseyin Agric Value Hub is designed to address long-standing infrastructural challenges in Nigeria’s agricultural sector by providing a purpose-built environment that improves efficiency and profitability while reducing operational risks for investors.

The hub will feature state-of-the-art infrastructure, including an all-year water supply, reliable power, well-laid access roads, and a 24-hour security network supported by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Agro-Rangers. These facilities are aimed at ensuring uninterrupted agricultural activities throughout the year.

Planned operations within the hub include greenhouse farming, open-field crop production, processing and packaging units, warehousing and logistics services, as well as a dedicated market and car park for agribusiness transactions.

The development will also host a clinic and relaxation centre, alongside training and conference facilities to support capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and community wellbeing.

As part of its investment offering, the promoters have opened subscriptions for land spaces within the hub. Available options include 5,000 square metres priced at ₦12 million, while a prelaunch offer of 1,000 square metres is available for ₦3 million, targeted at early investors and agripreneurs.

The project is being implemented through strategic partnerships with leading institutions, including the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), the Bank of Industry (BOI), the Bank of Agriculture (BOA), and the NSCDC Agro-Rangers, reinforcing its credibility and development impact.

Developers of the hub say the initiative aligns with broader national goals of boosting food security, attracting private-sector investment into agriculture, and promoting inclusive rural development.

Agric investors, agripreneurs, and stakeholders have been invited to participate through direct investment, leasehold arrangements, and value chain partnerships, as the Iseyin Agric Value Hub opens a new chapter in agribusiness development in southwestern Nigeria.
