The President of the MAAUN Group of Universities, Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Kano State, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, on his 63rd birthday, describing him as a committed nation builder with a clear vision for development.

Gwarzo, in a statement he personally signed and made available to journalists on Sunday, praised the governor’s leadership style and performance, noting that his achievements within two years in office have been credible and commendable.

According to him, Governor Yusuf’s accomplishments reflect his dedication, focus and commitment to moving Kano State forward, particularly through people-oriented policies and sustainable development initiatives.

“Your clear vision and steadfast commitment to the people of Kano are evident. In just two years, you have recorded remarkable achievements that underscore your passion for service and love for the state,” Gwarzo said.

He described the governor’s performance as a demonstration of genuine patriotism and nation building, adding that his administration has made visible impacts across critical sectors of the state.

The MAAUN president further commended Yusuf for restoring public confidence in governance and instilling renewed hope among residents through inclusive and purposeful leadership.
