The Humanitarian Achievement and Outreach Foundation (HAOF), founded by prominent humanitarian advocate Emmanuel Anabueze, has outlined an ambitious focus for 2026 centered on empowering leaders, supporting young entrepreneurs, and celebrating outstanding contributions to society across Nigeria.
The foundation, which has steadily gained recognition for its grassroots impact initiatives, will channel its efforts through three key flagship programs designed to foster inclusive growth and recognize selfless service.
These include the Empower Her Voice Conference, an annual mentorship and advocacy platform dedicated to women and young ladies, traditionally held on International Women’s Day to promote leadership engagement and empowerment.
Also central to the year’s strategy is the SESEI Conference, which equips student entrepreneurs with essential mentorship, increased visibility, and startup grants to transform innovative ideas into sustainable, responsible ventures.
Rounding out the core initiatives is the Nigeria Humanitarian Awards & Magazine, a prestigious platform that honors individuals, organizations, and government institutions making tangible, positive differences in communities nationwide through dedicated humanitarian work.
Emmanuel Anabueze, the visionary founder of HAOF, emphasized the foundation’s renewed commitment to meaningful change.
“In 2026, HAOF will amplify voices, provide mentorship, and honour excellence in service,” Anabueze stated. “By supporting youth, women, and humanitarian leaders, HAOF continues to cultivate integrity-driven, purpose-led leadership across Nigeria.”

The announcement underscores HAOF’s ongoing role in bridging gaps in leadership development and humanitarian recognition, building on previous successes such as student startup funding and high-profile award ceremonies that have spotlighted changemakers from various sectors.
As Nigeria navigates evolving social and economic challenges, initiatives like those championed by HAOF are poised to inspire a new wave of purpose-driven leaders and contributors to national development.
