A trained balloon stylist and human resources manager, Itiola has built a reputation for crafting visually stunning balloon arrangements that enhance celebrations across Nigeria and beyond.

MolliesPartyEssentials was established in 2017 after Itiola felt the need to create something of her own. “I had been at home for some time, and I realized I wanted to turn my passion for beautifying spaces into a professional venture,” she said. Since then, her company has grown to become a trusted name for bespoke event décor, specialising in balloon artistry for both personal and corporate occasions.

Itiola holds a BSc in Business Management from Nexford University and has honed her balloon styling expertise through international training, including sessions with Ballery in Riga, Latvia, and Tope Abulude in the United Kingdom. Her global exposure, including travel to the USA, UK, Dubai, France, and Kenya, informs her designs and ensures her work meets international standards of excellence.

Among MolliesPartyEssentials’ standout achievements is a meticulously arranged 100-bunch helium balloon bouquet created for a high-profile photoshoot, demonstrating Salihu’s attention to detail and ability to execute large-scale projects with precision and creativity.

Beyond event styling, Itiola is committed to making a meaningful impact. She focuses on encouraging women to achieve their goals and supporting individuals with special needs, integrating purpose and social responsibility into her business. “My goal is to fulfill the purpose God created me for, and I believe that through my work, I can inspire and support others to reach their full potential,” she explained.
