The International Forum for Peace and Diplomacy (IFPD) continue to reinforce its role as a leading diplomatic platform committed to advancing peace, dialogue, and sustainable development across Africa and the global community.

In line with its mandate, IFPD has intensified engagements with policymakers, diplomatic missions, development partners, and civil society stakeholders to promote inclusive governance, conflict prevention, and strategic international cooperation. Through high-level meetings, policy dialogues, and capacity-building initiatives, the Forum remains focused on translating diplomacy into practical solutions for emerging global challenges.

Speaking on the organization’s growing international presence, the Director General of IFPD, Ambassador Adeniran Michael Timothy, reaffirmed the Forum’s dedication to multilateralism and collective action.

“Peace and diplomacy are most effective when they are inclusive, strategic, and people-centered. At IFPD, we are committed to fostering partnerships that promote stability, economic opportunity, and sustainable development across nations,” he stated.

IFPD’s initiatives span key thematic areas including peacebuilding, humanitarian affairs, youth and women inclusion, diaspora engagement, trade and investment diplomacy, and sustainable development. The Forum also provides a platform for dialogue among governments, regional bodies, private-sector leaders, and development institutions.

As part of its expansion, IFPD has opened membership enrollment for qualified diplomats, professionals, scholars, and peace advocates seeking to contribute to global peace and diplomatic advancement. Members benefit from access to policy forums, diplomatic networking, international conferences, and strategic partnerships.
