The Binghatti Africa Property has concluded a high-profile four-day tour across Abuja and Lagos, drawing strong interest from industry leaders, high-net-worth individuals and investors seeking premium entry into Dubai’s booming real estate market.

Powered by Loft & Keys and The Premiere Immigration & Advisory, the event showcased some of Dubai’s most exclusive architectural and investment offerings.

The show was held on last week in Abuja, and Lagos provided an immersive deep dive into Dubai’s rapidly expanding luxury property sector. Attendees were exposed to high-yield investment prospects, developer-backed incentives and rare inventory allocations across some of Dubai’s most iconic projects.

A high-powered delegation from Binghatti Developers one of the UAE’s fastest-growing real estate companies led presentations on the firm’s globally acclaimed portfolio, including the Jacob & Co Residences set to become the world’s tallest residential tower, Bugatti Residences, Mercedes-Benz Place and several other landmark developments.

Chief Austin Albert, Chairman of Loft & Keys and The Premiere Immigration & Advisory, described Binghatti as “one of Dubai’s most iconic and disruptive developers,” noting its full vertical integration and ability to complete 30-storey towers in as little as 11 months.

Also speaking, Adel Azzam, Head of Business Development at Binghatti, said the company launched 18 new projects this year alone, offering strong prospects for both short- and long-term investors. Joseph Abimbola, Head of Sales (Africa), added that special discounts, incentives and a 50/50 payment plan were introduced to make Dubai property ownership easier for Nigerians.

Dr. Jane Kimemia, CEO of The Premiere Immigration & Advisory, urged Africans to diversify wealth through Dubai real estate, citing rental yields of 9–12 percent, capital appreciation of 8–12 percent annually, and access to Golden Visa opportunities.
