In what can be described as a win for Nigeria’s beauty, wellness, and women’s empowerment ecosystem, Hajiya Rahma Adam Mohammed, CEO of Amaryadotcom and Founder of HER360, has been named one of Africa’s Global 100 Most Impactful Leaders by the Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation (PAYLEF).
The high-level recognition was presented at the 2nd Edition of the Global 100 Award Ceremony held in Kigali, Rwanda and was received on her behalf by Summaya Mohammed, the Chief Operating Officer of Amaryadotcom.
This honour signals not just personal excellence, but a monumental validation of the transformative work being led through HER360 and the wider Amaryadotcom ecosystem, which also includes Sahara Secrets, Women Empowerment Network (WEN) and other pioneering women-focused initiatives.
It has become clear that HER360 has emerged as one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking movements for women in Nigeria, a platform that blends beauty, wellness, identity, self-care, leadership and businessinto a seamless 360-degree experience. This experience also extends to teenage girls’ leadership through MentHERship program that takes place during theUnited Nations International Women’s Daycelebrations.
Industry analysts describe HER360 as “the first initiative in Nigeria to fuse beauty, psychology, wellness, leadership, and heritage at scale.”
While Hajiya Rahma remains the visionary who conceived and built HER360, Sahara Secrets and other Amaryadotcom brands, the Group’s COO, Summaya Mohammed, has become a critical force in driving their impact across the country.
PAYLEF described Rahma’s work as “a beacon of empowerment, innovation, and cultural intelligence transforming the lives of millions of women and girls.”
There is no doubt that being named among the Global 100 places Hajiya Rahma and her work with HER360 on a continental pedestal, positioning Amaryadotcom as a top driver of women’s wellness, leadership and socio-economic transformation in Africa.
This award is not only a personal honour for the founder, but also a powerful acknowledgment of the organizational strength behind her as embodied in the COO who represented her on the global stage.
In the words of Hajiya Rahma, “this award is not about me, it is about girls, women and Womanhood, so my confidence is that as HER360 rises, so do women and as women rise, Africa will also rise and make the world a better place”
