Dr. Amaka Diane Okeke, Executive Director of Business Development at Optiva Capital Partners, has received dual recognition for her professional accomplishments, earning a Doctoral Fellowship in Strategic Business Management and Financial Services from the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics (CIPRMP), Ghana, in partnership with the University of Foxford, Canada.

The investiture ceremony, held at Optiva Capital Partners’ headquarters, also saw her awarded the Exemplary Corporate Leadership Excellence Award, in recognition of her significant contributions to business management and financial services.

Career and Achievements

Since joining Optiva Capital Partners in 2013 as a trainee, Okeke has risen steadily to her current position, overseeing business strategy, branch expansion, team training, institutional processes, and digital marketing. Under her leadership, the firm has grown from a single office to 25 branches nationwide, expanding its workforce from 15 to over 1,300 professionals.
