Gtext marks 10 years of excellence in real estate

Gtext Homes and Gtext Land, subsidiaries of Gtext Holdings, recently marked a decade of providing quality real estate solutions to Nigerians.

To commemorate this milestone, the company launched Phase 2 of its prestigious Jasper Garden Estate in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos, with a groundbreaking ceremony for 50 units of 3, 4, and 5-bedroom apartments.

Olabisi Umoru-Dada, General Manager of Gtext Land, while reflecting on the company’s journey, noted, “We’ve had close to 30 estates across Nigeria, and we have offices across the globe, including the US, Dubai, and Doha.” She emphasised that their impressive growth and global presence are a testament to Gtext’s commitment to excellence. Dada also emphasized the importance of integrity in the company’s operations, stating, “We make sure we do the right thing. The government, the people we buy from, and also our integrity really matters to us as well.”

Notably, this commitment to integrity has earned the company the trust of its clients and partners.

A town planner, Lanre Agbomeji , who represented the Lagos state Commissioner of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr Oluyinka Abiodun Olumide acknowledged Gtext’s role in bridging the housing gap in Lagos. “I’ve read about Gtext Homes’ commitment to providing affordable homes, and I believe they have been playing a role in bridging the gap of housing deficit in the state,” Agbomeji said.

James Udiong, General Manager of Gtext Homes, highlighted the company’s innovative approach to housing, saying, “We’re not just building homes; we’re creating a community that offers sustainability, safety, and luxury.” This approach is reflected in the company’s smart homes, which are designed to provide residents with a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Udiong also emphasized the benefits of investing in Gtext’s properties, stating, “You can pay in installments in a space of one to two to even three years.” This flexible payment plan makes it easier for people to own homes in Gtext’s developments.

Engineer Sonnie Osuki, a consultant and a board member of Gtext Construction, explained the company’s approach to sustainable living, saying, “We’re going to have a mini-grid system that uses solar power and batteries to provide energy, reducing reliance on traditional power sources.”

He noted that this reduces the environmental impact of the development but also provides residents with a reliable source of energy. Osuki also highlighted the attention to detail in Gtext’s developments, stating, “The infrastructure we’re going to put here is going to have a ground and a first-floor parking lot. So, you are not going to be sleeping in your house at 5 am, someone will come and knock on your door, or come and repack your car because you don’t have enough space.”

Notably, this focus on convenience and comfort is a hallmark of Gtext’s Construction. He further implored clients to join the Gtext train by investing in land banking. As Gtext Homes and Gtext Land continue to innovate and push boundaries in Nigeria’s real estate sector, their commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction is evident in their impressive portfolio and future plans.
