Win Realty hosted its highly anticipated 2nd Quarter Award and Induction Event on July 26, 2025, at the Oasis Event Centre, Rumuigbo, Port Harcourt, celebrating top-performing realtors for their exceptional sales, consistency, and resilience.

The ceremony, led by CEO Mr. Eze Maximus and COO Mrs. Nelly Maximus, brought together realtors, new inductees, and special guests for a day that combined recognition, learning, and networking. Beyond celebrating performance, the event also served to welcome new associates into Win Realty’s culture of excellence.

Looking ahead, the firm unveiled its 3rd Quarter Challenge. Realtors who achieve ₦30 million in sales revenue will qualify for an exclusive retreat at Ziba Beach Resort, Lagos, in October—a reward designed to further inspire excellence and commitment.
